Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Economics or any Business-related courses
- With at least 3-5 years of related work experiences
- Excellent in Verbal and Written Communication
- Willing to start immediately in Angeles City main office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide day to day support to the CEO and to the operations of the company ensuring performance of functions of various departments and the maintenance of healthy work environment
- Establish network and linkage with appropriate agencies and institutions the CEO or the
company has to make representations with to enhance company image and realize its goals and programs
- Coordinate with department heads on instructions and directives of the CEO setting agenda and timely meeting to deliberate on program and plans
- Screen spot meetings requested by company personnel, including department managers outside parties properly advising the CEO on priority concerns and briefing him on the subject of the meeting
- Perform such other tasks that may be assigned by the CEO from time to time
