Job Description

The employee performs a range of routine general services support to the office. This may include clerical services, equipment operation, basic maintenance and repair, materials handling, custodial services, logistical support, routine security and/or customer services, and/or other related duties in accordance with day-to-day requirements of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs various general office support as assigned, may act as courier for the company in the pickup and delivery of documents, materials, equipment, and/or supplies;
- Maintains cleanliness and serviceability of office facilities and equipment as may be assigned;
- Maintains cleaning supplies appropriate to the needs of the office as may be assigned;
- Assists Operations department by performing clerical duties such as encoding, photocopying and organizing documents as may be assigned;
- Drive and maintain company’s motorcycle;
- Responsible for the following quality-related activities:
- Reports to the Compliance Officer any nonconformity detected
- Controls documents as per Master List of Documents / Records
- Responsible for other duties that may be assigned by the Office Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience

- College Level
- Preferably with at least 6 months practical experience in the related field
- If required to drive motorcycle, he should have valid driver’s license that includes at least Restriction 1, and at least 1 year experience in driving a motorcycle around Metro Manila.
