Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.

2. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.

3. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

4. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.

5. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.

6. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

7. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.

8. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.

9. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

10. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

11. Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.

12. Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.

13. Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels.

14. Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.

15. Generating new business leads.

16. Increasing brand awareness and market share.

17. Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.

18. Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.

19. Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

20. Managing the marketing department's staff.

21. Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

22. Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.

23. Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.

24. Conduct marketing research.

25. Maximize customer awareness.

26. Promoting hotel facilities.

27. Build Customer Relationships.

28. Liaison with staff and other manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1.Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.

2. A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.

3. At least 5 years' experience as a marketing manager.

4. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.

5. Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.

6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Salary:
50.000,00 ₱ Monthly
