Furthermore, Systech is comprised of experienced and well-trained technical and sales staff. Our team receives regular training from the Manufacturers we represent. Job Description

Administrative Assistants assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of their Immediate Superior.
Responsible for Monitoring of Daily Manpower Distribution Main and Site office
Responsible for Monitoring and Updating of Phil am Life Insurance.
Responsible for receiving, routing and keeping of records of Material Request Form, Delivery Request Form and Pull-out Request forms from different Departments before forwarded to Warehouse Dept.
Responsible for Monitoring of Daily Manpower Distribution Main and Site office
Responsible for Monitoring and Updating of Phil am Life Insurance.
Responsible for receiving, routing and keeping of records of Material Request Form, Delivery
Request Form and Pull-out Request forms from different Departments before forwarded to Warehouse Dept.
Responsible for receiving of incoming and outgoing documents from different Projects/Department before transmitted to specific person.
Responsible for the issuance of office supplies and inventory of the Main office as well as various Projects.
Responsible for the Monitoring of Company Uniform, Issuance and recording both Main office and Jobsite.
Assist Admin Head for the daily transaction of Messengers.
Responsible for preparing update and encoding of Petty cash liquidation of Admin Department.
Monitoring of Gas P.O for Company Service vehicles.
Monitoring of Company vehicle Renewal/ Application.
Salary:
22.000,00 ₱ Monthly
