ADMIN ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office.

2. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, etc.

3. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock of office supplies

4. Capable of researching via search engines and AI tools (chatgpt, bard,etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. With experience in a similar role

2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team you should be flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic environment

3. Good communication skills
