Job Description

We are searching for an Administrative Assistant to work in our Eastwood office. If you have at least one year of experience and are looking for a change then please apply.

Our ideal candidate must be well organized, self-driven, and results oriented. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential part of the job.

Some of the responsibilities are:

GENERAL
• Record filing
• Calendar management
• Room reservations
• Contract reviews
• Staff onboarding
• Other Ad Hoc tasks

OFFICE MAINTENANCE
• Monitoring of equipment
• Office space renewal
• Maintain office rules and procedures
• Seating arrangement for staff

SUPPLIES
• Coordinating with suppliers
• Purchasing and tracking office supplies
• Distribution of office supplies
• Purchasing IT requests
• Inventory

RECEPTIONIST
• Maintain office security
• Monitoring log book
• Issuing visitor’s ID
• Answer/Refer inquiries

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree
• At least 1 year of related working experience
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must be willing to work onsite in our office at Eastwood, Quezon City
• 1 Full-Time position available
