Job Description

1. Responsible in establishing and maintaining new clients.
2. Visit potential clients and explain our services.
3. Assist in expo’s and exhibits.
4. Do bookings of orders of clients/customers.
5. Prepares and updates collections.
6. Propose and implements marketing activities.
7. Monitors and follow-up schedule of deliveries to customers.
8. Coordinates with the customers regarding delivery and receiving schedules.
9. Prepares countering invoices, remits collections etc.
10. Regularly reconciles reports with Credit and Collection department.
11. Monitors and makes report for bad orders from customers, coordinates with the Credit and Collection for approval and logistics for pullout.
12. Responsible in achieving sales target and create new business opportunities.
13. Will serve as the primary point of contact between customers.
14. Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customer.
15. Establish, develop and maintain business relationship with current customers and prospective customer in assigned territory/market segment to generate new business.
16. Expedites resolution on customer problem and complaints.
17. Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, finance and logistics.
18. Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities for new products and service
19. Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe required of from time to time by the immediate superior/department and/or the management.
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
