Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree (4-year IT related course)
• Age: 25-40 years old
• Gender: Male/Female
• Project Based
• Target on Boarding Date: ASAP
• Working Time Schedule: Store Operations Schedule
• Working Days: Monday to Sunday, with 1 day off
• Working Location: Santiago City, Isabela
JOB PROFILE:
• Bachelor's Degree Graduate in any IT related course.
• With at least one (1) year of related experience in IT Sales.
• Oversee the daily operations of a retail store including inventory, personnel, sales and finances.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
• Setting KPI target performance for Sales and Margin.
• Monitoring of branch aging items and inventory level.
• Ensure that the company's policies and procedures are implemented and undertake disciplinary actions if needed.
• Handle all complaints promptly and thoroughly.
• Monitoring and approval of branch expenses.
• Create in-store and online promotions.
• Ensure that work area are safe all the time.
• Reporting to higher management the branch performances once a month.
• Disseminate information from higher management to employees and vice versa.
• Monitoring of RMA.
• Approval of all branch transactions.
• Securing permits.
• Approved pull-outs of items.
• AR monitoring.
• Required to attend meetings, events, trainings.
• Manage FB child pages.
• Monitoring chat responses, comments, answering on time.
• Monthly meeting with the branch.
• Responsible to discuss all store guidelines.
• Cascading memos from all departments.
• Petty cash report.
• Staff Coaching.
• Creating staff schedule and DTR.
• Performance Appraisal.
• Staff recommendations and promotions.
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
