Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed business plans to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Visit different agricultural businesses around the South Luzon area to present and sell the company’s products.
- Build and maintain relationships with poultry and farm clients.
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize client loyalty.
- Act as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in pest control with a focus on poultry and farm clients.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and pest control challenges.
- Ability to develop and execute independent sales strategies.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Must be residing in South Luzon or be willing to be assigned to and handle the South Luzon area.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
