Live Seller

Responsibilities:

Live Presentations: Conduct live streaming sessions to showcase products or services, demonstrating features, benefits, and usage scenarios in an engaging and persuasive manner.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services you are selling, including key features, specifications, pricing, and competitive advantages.
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in real-time through chat platforms, responding promptly to inquiries, providing product recommendations, and offering personalized assistance to enhance the shopping experience.
Sales Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert customer interest into sales, leveraging persuasive communication, product demonstrations, and promotional offers to drive purchase decisions.
Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers through friendly and authentic interactions, fostering trust and loyalty to encourage repeat purchases and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their shopping experience, product preferences, and suggestions for improvement, providing valuable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to recommend complementary products or upgrades based on customer needs and preferences, maximizing sales revenue and enhancing the value proposition.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or live streaming is a plus, but not required.
