Sales Manager
Job Description
Objectives:
• Represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
• Research consumer needs and identifies how our solutions and product offering meet them
• Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
• Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
• Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
• Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• 5+ years experience in Sales Management within a corporate setting
• Proven track record of success of the sales cycle from planning to closing
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibility and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Strong negotiation skills
• Preferably has experience dealing with Government Agencies and LGU’s thru public bidding (RFQs and ITBs)
• Knowledgeable with PhilGeps platform is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends the reach
• Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
• Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
• Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions
• Prepare reporting as needed
Salary:
80.000,00 ₱ Monthly
