SALES
MANAGEMENT
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing
and executing the sales strategy to achieve revenue
targets and maximize profitability. You will lead and
motivate a sales team, oversee sales operations, and
collaborate with other departments to drive business
growth. A Sales Director is a senior management position
responsible for leading and managing a company's sales
team and driving revenue growth. A Sales Director plays a
pivotal role in a company's success by driving revenue
growth, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring the
sales team's effectiveness.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy
aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Set sales targets, quotas, and budgets in collaboration with
senior management.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive
analysis to inform sales strategies.

Team Leadership:
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales
team.
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to
sales staff.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and
continuous improvement within the sales team.
Sales Operations:
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure efficient lead
generation, qualification, and conversion.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, including sales revenue,
conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Implement and utilize sales tools, CRM systems, and
technology to streamline processes and optimize sales
operations.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients,
partners, and stakeholders.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and
presentations to secure major deals and contracts.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address
customer concerns or issues effectively.
Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to
drive revenue growth.
Identify new market opportunities, product/service
enhancements, and expansion strategies.
Evaluate and recommend pricing strategies to maximize
profitability.

Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the sales department budget.
Protect the Gross Profit and EBITDA of the company.
Monitor the Financial Statement and profitability of their
respective Business Unit.
Forecast sales revenues and expenses, and report on
financial performance to senior management.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate regular sales reports and analytics to assess
progress toward goals and objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data
analysis to improve sales performance.
Compliance and Ethics:
Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with all
relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Promote ethical conduct and integrity within the sales
department

Minimum
Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a
related field
• Proven track record of sales leadership, with a
track record of meeting or exceeding sales
targets of 100Million-1Billion Pesos or more.
• Strong understanding of sales processes,
strategies, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics
tools.

Salary:
