Sales Logistic Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all the delivery documents including delivery attachments are validated before routing of delivery.(Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice, Purchase Order, Certificate of Analysis, Packing list, Barcode, Entry permit and other documents that may need for the delivery.
2. Ensure to validate the correct delivery address before handing over to dispatcher.
3. Ensure the proper communication with warehouse encoders for the timely picking of orders.
4. Ensure clear communication with marketing sales assistant for the special delivery instructions of the orders that was not included in the warehouse and logistics procedure manuals.
5. Ensures all the delivery remarks of sales order in the order monitoring are updated and shared to Sales and Marketing
6. Ensures all status of delivery are being monitored and share the status to Sales and Marketing.
7. Ensure the delivery monitoring is updated including the time stamps of the delivery(Arrival of truck at warehouse, Start of loading, Finished loading, Arrival at customer and Time received of customer).
8. Ensure all the delivery documents including delivery attachments are validated before routing of delivery.
9. Ensure all the delivery documents are being accounted on a daily basis.
10. Ensure that all delivery receipts confirmed delivered should be return to dispatch office based on the 3 days lead time.
11. Ensure to inform truckers who have failed to return the delivery documents on the agreed 3 days lead time the charges and deduction based on the signed memo.
11. Works with cargo dispatchers and truckers for the monitoring of unloading at customers (Time of Arrival at customer, Time Finished Unloading) and ensure to report to sales for the assistance of the unloading if in case of delayed loading.
12. Ensure to record all the trucks pending for unloading for monitoring purposes and truck turn around monitoring.

Qualifications:
1. College Graduate of any IT or business related courses.
2. Computer literate.
3. With good communication skills.
4. Experience in Logistics is an advantage.
5. Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
6. Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
