Logistics Associate

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the transportation and delivery of items, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
- Monitor warehouse and showroom inventory levels and optimize warehouse storage capacity.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including packing lists, delivery receipts, stock transfers, and reports.
- Manage company service requests and efficiently prepare schedule and itinerary of drivers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of work experience as Logistics Assistant/Logistics Staff/Logistics Coordinator/Admin Staff/Admin Assistant or equivalent
- Proven experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and can work independently.

Work Conditions:

Type: Full-time and On-site only
Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm; Saturdays, 8-3pm
