Job Description
• The Rolling Equipment Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the proper and cost-effective maintenance and repair of all company vehicles and rolling equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implements and monitors a cost-effective preventive maintenance program.
• Ensures timely and complete repair of all company vehicles and rolling equipment.
• Ensures and maintains complete inventory of necessary regular vehicle parts and supplies.
• Ensures and maintains complete inventory of tools and equipment assigned at REM section.
• Ensures timely and complete registration of all company vehicles.
• Does troubleshooting when needed and assists employees and vehicle assignees when road and vehicle accidents or sudden vehicle malfunction occur.
• Prepares and monitors KPI reports of REM section.

Qualifications:
• Preferably graduate of Bachelor's Degree - Automotive Technology.
• With 5-year experience in Vehicle Repair and Maintenance function.
• With 2 years in Supervisory
• With unquestionable integrity.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• With good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate
• With Professional Driver's License RS 1,2,3
