Job Description

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a
related field in communication.
 Strong understanding of sales processes,
strategies, and methodologies.
 Excellent communication skills (written and
verbal comms)
 Proficiency in marketing software and sales
analytics tools.
 Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to adapt to changing market conditions
and competitive landscapes.
 With 3-5 years’ experience in Advertising, PR and
brand management in a corporate set up.

Responsibilities:
Brand Consistency:
 Produces and establishes brand consistency across
all communication channels of Elev8 Group (e.g.,
website, social media, print materials) through
brand guidelines adherence.
Message Clarity:
 Develops and monitors the clarity and
effectiveness of marketing communication
materials through surveys, feedback, and content
engagement metrics for Elev8 Group.
Brand Identity Management:
 Enhances and implements brand sentiment and
perception through and customer feedback
mechanisms such as Internal CSAT Survey, NPS,
Brand Lift Studies.
