Job Description

Digital Marketing Transformation Consultant
Location: Taguig

Responsibilities:

Conduct behavior analysis to optimize campaigns, proficient in end-to-end channel management.
Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Define data requirements and utilize insights for campaign and strategy optimization.
Perform multivariant experiments and A/B testing with clear outcomes.
Analyze customer behavior to plan and optimize campaigns across marketing channels.
Continuously optimize campaigns with an agile approach, adjusting budget, channel mix, and creative requirements.
Drive engagement with minimal supervision, able to work independently onshore/offshore.
Establish effective working relationships and collaborate with tele sales and field teams.
Calculate and simulate the impact of digital channel leads, quantifying channel ROI.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years' experience in designing/managing marketing campaigns, particularly within industries like E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom.
Experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Experience working in Southeast Asia or with Southeast Asian clients.
Proficiency in managing full-spectrum marketing program execution from strategy definition to technical delivery.
Ability to design interventions to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Proficient in monitoring trends, analyzing data, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
Exposure to analytical and data visualization tools.
Skilled in identifying marketing process improvement opportunities.
Capable of developing business cases for campaign strategies and technology solutions.
Experience in developing or supporting the development of Martech platform technology.
Ability to connect business requirements to technical solutions quickly.
