Job Description

Qualifications:

8 to 10 years of leadership experience in marketing and communications (with a good working knowledge of advertising and public relations), with substantial experience in execution and operations.
Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Social Sciences, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in a related discipline.
High competencies and capabilities in digitalization and in employing digital tools.
Demonstrated success in leading and implementing integrated marketing management and creation of high impact marketing assets.
Excellent problem-solving skills: able to tackle complex problems, provide insights and make mature judgment and wise decisions.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills, possessing confidence and executive presence.
Track record of working in a cross-cultural environment, and able to leverage cross-regional collaboration and virtual teaming.
Exceptional analytical, oral and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful and results oriented; thrives in fast-paced environment.
Good sense of design, beauty and aesthetics, with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Content Leadership

Provide strategic content leadership for the company’s business in the Philippines and ASEAN region.
Generate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media, emails, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
Develop and execute an effective content marketing strategy by analyzing industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
Adopt a modern, data-driven marketing approach using digital tools to meet the evolving rhythm and demands of the marketplace.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and cohesive content.
Plan and execute an integrated digital and social media marketing strategy using tools such as ABM, marketing automation, programmatic marketing, AI, SEO, etc.
Develop a framework to measure and report the performance of all digital (and physical) marketing activities, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the gathered insights.
External Comms/Engagement

Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to enhance the company's reputation and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
Draft press releases, speeches, and other communication materials for internal and external audiences.
Internal Comms/Engagement

Engage internal stakeholders in the Philippines and the ASEAN region by keeping them informed of business developments.
Provide regular communications to stakeholders through platforms such as town halls, kickoffs, newsletters, and other suitable tools.
Align and harmonize communication and messaging among various teams and overseas stakeholders for a consistent message.
Provide support to the Regional Headquarters (RHQ) by attending regional marketing meetings and updating on marketing activities.
Support organizing or attending events such as seminars, exhibitions, and online seminars upon necessity.
Capture all major events and activities and communicate internally within the company group via intranet and case stories.
Take care of internal communication related to marketing, such as sharing newsletters, messages from top management etc.
Supports establishing success stories or case study as marketing tool.
Maintains and updates the existing customer database of the company.
Will support in establishing a market overview and research by segment through market intelligence gathering and customer focus groups, including market size, geography, competitors, sales channels, buyer behavior and price levels.
Will conceptualize projects utilizing social networking media to promote corporate branding.
Will update changes on the website and intranet database.
Planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
Will use the full marketing mix for the company's marketing communications.
Provide support to the Regional Headquarters (RHQ) by attending regional marketing meetings and updating on marketing activities.
Perform other duties assigned from time to time by his/her Immediate and/or Business Unit Head.
Occasional and/or Special Duties

Attends official business trips (domestic or international) with clients and other partners.
Attends company sponsored events and other company client servicing activities.
Attends mandatory company sponsored trainings, workshops, and activities.
