Job Description

Essential Responsibilities
• Payroll (Staff Members’ Compensation) Preparation
- Consolidation of DTRs and administration of all accounts payable and receivable related to payroll preparation and processing including reconciliation

• Facilitation of Staff Members’ benefits
- Processing of government mandated benefits (SSS, Pag Ibig, PhilHealth),
- 13th month pay, retirement pay, tax refunds, etc
- Issuance of staff members Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Facilitation of HMO Benefits- enrollment, issuance and deletion of HMO card.

• Manage government portals for payment generations and monitoring
- Management and account maintenance of SSS Portal, Philhealth, HDMF, etc
- Generation of payment reference numbers (PRN) for Electronic Contributions and Statement of premium Account (SPA) for GNIP and
- Process EGOV payments

• Monitoring and Facilitation of staff members loan and other mandatory deductions
- Monitoring of SSS, PagIbig, and Personal Cash Loan of all staff members and facilitation of loans approval (Pagibig and SSS)
- Facilitation of reimbursement claims for SSS, and HMO benefits and document processing for hospitalization including monitoring of HMO dependent deductions
- Consolidation of data for Alphalist preparation

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
● Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Accounting / Finance Management
● At least 3-5 years of working experience in processing payroll and facilitation of employment benefits
● Has working knowledge in QuickBooks
● Excellent knowledge in Philippine Labor Law (Salary, Benefits and Compensation, Tax Rules and Regulations)
● Able to multi-task, keen to details
● Preferably with experience working for an international non-government organization.
● Proficiency in MS Office applications, most importantly MS Excel
● Experience in HRIS software an advantage
● Excellent verbal and written English
