Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Coordinate employee training sessions and development programs.
Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and diversity programs.
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related assistance and guidance.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative role preferred.
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
