Enthusiastic and experienced Chef now being hired for our busy Restaurant in Edenhope,

Victoria.

Responsibilities:-

 Prepare and cook dishes.

 Compliance with the hygiene practices of the restaurant.

 Presentation of food in an appealing manner.

 Keeping proper record of the inventory.

 Plate and check serving/portion size prior to serving.

 Approximating the quantities and costs of required supplies, such as food and

ingredients required to complete the orders effectively and efficiently.

 Maintaining the equipment’s and work area to neat and clean to ensure that kitchen

is maintained at specified level of hygiene.

 Handling the receipts for the purchases, repairs and overall maintenance of the

equipment’s used for daily kitchen activities.

 Smooth delivery of prepared food to the customers according to their orders.

Qualification and Experience:-

The candidate should have at least 2 years of full-time experience and qualification which is

at least equivalent to an Australian Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or similar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
