Job Description

A. Oversee Credit Operations team, approve salary and business loans.

b. Ensure accurate, timely loan processing from application to settlement.

c. Coordinate with Finance on MRACC's income and expenses documentation.

d. Assist BUH in business plan, budget prep, and expenditure monitoring.

e. Manage MRACC bank accounts, ensure timely funds transmittal.

f. Coordinate with treasury and finance for loan disbursement, billing, and collection.

g. Coach customer service officer, handle customer inquiries and complaints.

h. Act as point person for IT, Treasury, Finance, and 3rd party providers.

i. Regularly review and standardize MRACC processes.

j. Monitor AMLA implementation and reporting.

k. Submit reports to regulatory bodies as needed.

l. Assist BUH and sales in market survey, product enhancement, and pricing.

m. Act as Data Privacy Officer and liaison with Credit Insurance Commission.

n. Oversee Credit Operations, approve endorsed loans.

o. Foster relationships with clients, oversee client servicing.

p. Update credit evaluation system to minimize risk exposure.

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, or related field.

3-4 years' experience as credit evaluator/approver in lending.

4 years' supervisory experience in financial industry.

Presentable, articulate, adaptable.

Strong persuasion and leadership skills.

Advanced knowledge in Excel, pivot, and VLOOKUP
