Job Description

As a Sales Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by leveraging your expertise in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the unique needs of prospective customers and align those needs with the capabilities of our cloud-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions. By showcasing the benefits and value of our products, you will contribute to the expansion of our customer base and help clients achieve their business objectives through our technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and generate sales leads through various channels, including networking events, online research, cold calling, and industry referrals
Qualify leads by conducting thorough needs assessments and understanding the prospect's pain points and challenges.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the business solutions’ capabilities and value proposition to address clients' specific needs
Collaborate with the functional and technical team to design and propose tailored solutions that align with clients' business objectives
Prepare detailed proposals, scope documents, and quotes based on the recommended solutions
Build and nurture strong business relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships
Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication to understand clients' evolving needs and requirements
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely progression of leads through the sales process
Prepare and submit detailed weekly sales reports to management, providing insights into lead generation activities, client engagements, and progress in the sales pipeline
Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new market opportunities and stay ahead in the market
Qualifications and Requirements:

With a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, Accounting, or other related field
Has experience in sales consulting, pre-sales, or solution consulting, preferably in the software or technology industry
Experience with business processes in areas such as finance, accounting, distribution, manufacturing, real estate, agriculture, retail, or project management is highly desirable
Familiarity with using or experience in selling ERP/ CRM software is advantageous, but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong skills in generating and qualifying sales leads through various channels
Proficient in negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets
Collaborative attitude to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support the overall sales and business development objectives
Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and professional development
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to comprehend client requirements and propose appropriate solutions
Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites for meetings, presentations, and other business-related activities

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
