Job Description

- CURRENTLY WORK FROM HOME SET UP (HYBRID SET UP IN THE FUTURE)
- FIXED WEEKENDS OFF AND DAYSHIFT SCHEDULE
- MONTHLY ACTIVITY BREATHER
- EARN QUARTERLY INCENTIVE AS MUCH AS 50K

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, attract, and hire top-tier candidates.
* Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as online job portals, social media - LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, referrals and other sources to identify and attract potential talents.
* Design and implement candidate assessment techniques that harness the power of data analytics.
* Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture with set clear team goals.
* Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, using insights to optimize processes and predict future needs.
* Meet or exceed individual target in a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.

Qualifications:
* Must have at least 3 years proven experience in recruitment handling volume hiring, corporate or technical roles with a focus on data-driven methods.
* Expert in the following sourcing strategies, Active, Passive and Talent Pipelining using paid sourcing platforms and social media such as Linkedin, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram etc.
* Can effectively and efficiently work with targets and tight deadlines.
* Must have experience in people management, client management and candidate management.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
* Willing to report in Makati (if requested)

Technical Requirements:
* Laptop or Desktop Core i3 Processor-8GB RAM
* At least Windows 10
* At least Microsoft Offices 2013
* Mobile Phone for work use
* Strong Internet connection with at least 10Mbps for own use
* Backup internet connection incase of down system on the internet provider´s end.
* Quiet and conducive designated Work Area with table and chair.
