Job Description

Finance Officer

Working Address:
Brgy. Kamuning, Quezon City
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm
Setup:

Responsibilities
In-charge in the collection of student payments, assessments, and other receivables
Resolve issues and process Finance-related tickets on a daily basis
Seek possible solutions and options to assist parents and students with financial constraints
Participate and represent the Finance department in student townhall consultations and orientations
Manage the accuracy of student balances, discounts, reservations, carry-overs, and possible refunds in the accounting system
Ensure the timely application and issuance of student software applications prior to their start of classes and courses
Ensure the timely application of student insurances and other possible administrative payables
Assign and issue official receipts (OR) to all company transactions
Compile and monitor the completeness of all ORs with proper compliance with BIR regulations
Manage company e-commerce platforms and item dispatch

Qualifications
Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, Business or other related courses
Certified Public Accountants (CPA) are preferred but not required
At least 2-3 years of experience in the different facets of Accounting and Finance, such as but not limited to payables, receivables, disbursements, collections, and financial analysis
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
Familiarity with the use of various Accounting Software (SAP, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.) is an advantage
Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage
