Position: Actuarial Analyst
Salary: PhP 23,000 -50,000
Working location: Makati

Job Description:
To perform actuarial duties such as product development, gross premium valuation, group reinsurance,
group insurance valuation, experience studies, preparation of annual statement/ financial statement
schedules and statistical information, and risk-based capital ratio calculation.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science or allied course
 With atleast 3-5 years related work experience
 Must have knowledge in Life Contingencies
 Proficient in Microsoft Excel Macros
 Experience in Life Insurance is a must.

Position: Assistant Supervisor (Sales Supervisor – Group Insurance)
Salary: PhP 20,000 -25,000
Working location: Makati

Job Description:
Generate sales from new and existing group accounts as well as the maintenance of existing group
business in line with First Life’s goal of increasing its revenues and profitability.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
 College graduate preferably major in Economics or Business Management or Marketing or other
related fields.
 Completion of LOMA 1&2 courses and other industry-related seminars/courses
 At least five-year work experience in Life insurance business (admin/sales)

Ability to
 Communicate and interact in a professional manner
 Negotiate/persuade others for the Company
 Handle rejections with grace and to persevere to close an account
 Supervise sales team and support services
 Conduct orientation sessions from rank & file to top management level
 Explain and represent Swiss Life and other partners to prospects and existing clients
 Explain and confidently provide answers to queries re policy provisions and other related topics
