Job Description
As the Leasing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our leasing operations, playing a pivotal role in shaping our success. Your responsibilities will encompass:
1. Lead and manage the leasing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to leasing professionals.
2.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in leasing performance.
3.Establish leasing goals and objectives in alignment with company targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
4.Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective tenants, maximizing revenue while maintaining high occupancy levels.
5.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for leasing team members.
6. Prepare leasing reports and analyze leasing metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Cultivate positive relationships with property owners, investors, and external partners to enhance leasing opportunities and partnerships.
8. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes affecting the leasing market.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
2. Proven track record of more than 5 years in leasing management, preferably within the commercial real estate sector or related industry.
3. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
4. Profound understanding of leasing processes, strategies, team management, and market dynamics.
5. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Thorough knowledge of lease documentation and legal aspects of leasing agreements.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and derive actionable insights.
8. Customer-centric approach with a commitment to building and nurturing relationships.
