Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Operating vehicles in a safe manner and using field automation systems. Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization. Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings. Building positive relationships with customers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

College Degree
2-3 years experience in Workforce Management
Experience with forecasting and scheduling
With supervisory experience handling Lead RTA or Lead WF
Experience in handling all LOB (Email, chat and voice)"
