Job Description
SALARY RANGE: ₱20,000 - ₱25,000
JOB SUMMARY: Generate sales from new and existing group accounts as well as the maintenance of existing group
business in line with company’s goal of increasing its revenues and profitability.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College Graduate, Major in Economics, Business Management, and/or Marketing
- Completion of Life Office Management Association / LOMA 1 & 2 courses and other industry-related seminars / courses
- At least five-year work experience in Life insurance business (Admin / Sales)
- Communicate and interact in a professional manner
- Knows how to negotiate / persuade
- Handle rejections with grace and to persevere to close an account
- Supervise sales team and support services
- Conduct orientation sessions from rank & file to top management level
- Explain and confidently provide answers to queries
