Job Description
Lead and manage nursing staff in the surgical unit.
Coordinate patient care and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with regulations and hospital policies.
Develop staff through training and professional development.
Manage resources efficiently, including staffing and equipment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
years of clinical experience in surgical nursing, [Y] years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in surgical care.
Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) preferred.
