Job Description
Handles end-to-end Employee and Labor Relations process;
Draft and issue HR memoranda to the concerned employees;
Serves as the Subject Matter Expert in Employee and Labor relations;
Maintains all records related to handled section;
Adheres to company Code of Conduct and assist in the implementation of company rules and regulations
