Job Description

Job Description - HR/Admin Manager

1. Coordinate and manage the work of the following departments: office, dormitory logistics, finance, inspection, procurement, Filipino management, vehicle management, visa team, information team, legal department and public relations department.
2. Establish the company's administrative management system and be responsible for the company's daily administrative management. Lead the company's logistics services and create and maintain a good working environment.
3. Formulate, sort out and regularly optimize the systems of various departments of the Administrative Department.
4. Review the department budget and control the company's administrative expenses, and propose cost reduction and efficiency improvement plans.
5. Coordinate and guide the implementation of administrative management work of various departments to ensure the rational use and allocation of company resources.
6. Responsible for the management of the company's employee discipline and system, and regular spot checks on the implementation of the company's discipline and system.
7. Responsible for summarizing feedback from various departments, sorting and analyzing and reporting to the CEO.
8. Responsible for business reception matters and receiving important visitors of the company.
9. Liaise with relevant external departments and institutions on behalf of the company and maintain good cooperative relations.
10. Important qualification certificates of the management company.
11. Complete all tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Qualifications
Language: Fluent in Chinese and English, it would be better if you can speak Filipino
Gender: no limit
Nationality: Filipino-Chinese, foreign (Chinese nationals are not recruited)
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a prestigious university
Good image and temperament, cheerful and generous personality, good conduct.
Work experience:
Management experience in large Philippine companies, international companies, and Chinese companies.
Have work experience in the Philippines and be familiar with local labor laws.
Strong learning ability, able to quickly integrate into different teams, and able to withstand greater work pressure.
Good logical thinking ability, clear working ideas and the ability to solve problems independently.
Excellent outreach and public relations capabilities, and the ability to resolve emergencies.
Work calmly and meticulously, be flexible and adaptable, and have strong pressure resistance and organizational coordination skills.
Strong writing skills, proficient in Chinese and English writing, speaking, and reading skills.
Proficient in using office software and office automation equipment.
Salary:
400.000,00 ₱ Monthly
