Inventory Control Assistant

Encodes transactions and balances records in the inventory system (SAP)
Posts inventory, updates stock records, coordinates with sales on stock levels
Monitors and maintains inventory levels; processes related documents and keeps track of documentations
Records purchases, maintains database, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
Processes and/or invoices.
Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
