Accounting Manager (up to 90K)

Basic Qualifications:

-CPA
-With at least 5 years experience in general accounting/audit
-Highly knowledgeable in IFRS
-At least 3 years managerial experience
-Makati (Hybrid) | Graveyard

Job Responsibilities:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders as a trusted advisor in matters relating to Finance and
Accounting
-Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and
principles.
-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of quality financial reports
according to the needs and objectives of internal and external
stakeholders.
-Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to
internal and external stakeholders
-Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing
ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
-Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations in US including but
not limited to:
General ledger
Supplier accounts/accounts payable
Customer accounts/accounts receivable
Treasury operations
Taxes and other compliances
Related party transactions and balances
Debt activities
-Lead and manage period-end close
-Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy
and completeness.
-Assist in the budgeting/forecasting process
-Manage and monitor accounting procedures for compliance, coordinate
and facilitate completion of requirements in any kind of audit
engagement.
-Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
