Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Verify doctor’s information through calling and researching;
-Research on health plans and accurately enter verification points on a given template
-Categorize verification points accordingly
-Accurately input information based on verification done

Qualifications:

-At least 6 months to 1 year experience in Inbound/Outbound campaigns in a BPO setting
-Competent collaborations skills
-Above average write and oral communication skills (American or neutral accent);
-Strong proficiency in Window OS, Microsoft Office applications, and CRM
-Able to multitask and manage stress effectively
-Willing to work on a project-based employment
