Job Description

Responsibilities:

> Verify doctor’s information through calling and researching;
> Research on health plans and accurately enter verification points on a given template
> Categorize verification points accordingly
> Accurately input information based on verification done

Qualifications:

> At least 6 months to 1 year experience in Inbound/Outbound campaigns in a BPO setting
> Competent collaborations skills
> Above average write and oral communication skills (American or neutral accent);
> Strong proficiency in Window OS, Microsoft Office applications, and CRM
> Able to multitask and manage stress effectively
> Willing to work on a project-based employment
