Full time Accountant and Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in Buildium
- Must have experience in Quickbooks
- Must be available to work US Hours
- Manage emails and correspondence
- Integrate and update software systems
- Data entry tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in bookkeeping and accounting systems
- Prepare and analyze P&L reports
- Budgeting expertise
- Proficient in Buildium
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Compile and analyze account information for asset, liability, and capital accounts
- Document financial transactions accurately
- Recommend financial actions based on analysis
- Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
- Audit financial documents to substantiate transactions
- Develop and recommend accounting policies and procedures
- Reconcile financial discrepancies
- Verify documentation and process payments
- Address accounting queries and interpret policies and regulations
- Prepare specialized financial reports
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Stay updated with professional knowledge and attend relevant workshops or seminars
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or related fields
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
- Real estate industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Available for full-time employment for 1-2 years
- Willingness to travel locally as needed
- Ability to handle diverse tasks across different disciplines
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Deadline-oriented with excellent time management abilities
- Proficient in data entry and general math skills
