Job Description

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Accepts and reviews accomplished Personnel Requisition forms, monitors job vacancies and ensures timely manpower placement within the set TAT.
2. Partners with schools, universities, LGUs, alumni groups, associations, vendors, and the likes to maintain and expand networks to help the company source for qualified candidates.
3. Participates in job fairs and develops and maintains database of contacts, list of applicants.
4. Updates manpower reports and ensures data accuracy and timeliness of submission.
5. Composes job advertisements and selects the most effective medium in advertising job vacancies.
6. Screens CV or resumes and shortlists qualified applicants.
7. Conducts initial interviews, administers, and checks the pre-employment examinations for submission to and review by the Hiring Manager.
8. Recommends new recruitment strategies by keeping abreast with latest recruitment methods to guarantee that the company hires the best fit candidate for the vacant posts.
9. Maintains a ready pool of qualified candidates for critical positions to immediately fill in gaps in case of future vacancies.
10. Coordinates with clients and vendors to ensure vacancies are filled up within the target date.
11. Coordinates with Third Party Provider to conduct background investigation to all candidates for placement.
12. Issues the list of pre-employment requirements and all necessary forms to successful job candidates.
13. Processes the ATM application of newly hired employees, reviews its accuracy and the completeness of data prior to bank submission and monitors release from the bank.
14. Encodes and updates all employee profile, status, movements, in GP system and maintains accurate database.
15. Maintains orderliness of personnel records and maintains employees’ 201 files.
16. Provides support in the areas of generation, reporting, and analysis of HR data and information.
17. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Salary:
16.000,00 ₱ Monthly
