Job Description
-Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties
-Supervising, interviewing, selection and hiring, training new and existing employees
-Manage relationships with customers, making deals to improve sales
-Manage quality assurance programs and strategize process improvements
-Resolving quality concerns of customers
-Monitoring inventory
-Monitoring KPIs
-Reviewing of income statements, customer feedbacks, identifying trends
-Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed
-Monitoring sales cash flow and sales remittance
Requirements:
-Can start right away
-At least 3 years management/ business admin experience
-Bachelor's Degree in any course
-Full time
-Experienced in managing a store
-Knows how to handle employees
-Can work under pressure
-Proficient in Google Spreadsheet (a must)
-Knowledgeable with computer tasks and social media (facebook)
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000/ month (negotiable depending on experience)
