Finance Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our local country entity's financial strategy, execution, and management. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the local management team through economic analysis, planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will extend to effective working capital and treasury management, tax compliance, and audit activities.

Qualifications:

-Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines, preferably with auditing background from an auditor or client perspective or both
-Updated knowledge of the local tax system and local commercial laws
-At least 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial work experience in finance, audit or accounting work
-Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
-Detail-oriented and can work under pressure, Analytical, quantitative, systematic and organized
-Fluent in English both verbal and written forms
-Good functional knowledge of Excel and finance/accounting software
-Independent, with initiative, high level of focused energy and great interpersonal skills
-Previous experience with Insurance brokerage business is a plus
-SAP knowledge preferred but not a must
