Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, setting sales targets, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals. Here are the key duties and qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing Local and Regional Sales:

Manage local sales activities, promotions, and campaigns.
Identify emerging markets to explore new sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key existing clients.

2. Customer Relations:
Handle and resolve customer complaints related to products or services.
Serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.

3. Sales Quotas and Goals:
Meet sales quotas and goals

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in real estate or hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer Relationship Management
- Proven experience in sales strategy implementation
- Strategic thinking in the context of real estate and business growth
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
