Sales Agent Sourcer

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Agent Sourcer/Sales Development Specialist to support the growing needs of our sales team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Support the growing need of manpower for sales agents by actively recruiting, training, and managing commission-based sub-agents.
- Identify and recruit potential sub-agents through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct fieldwork to assess market opportunities and establish relationships with potential sub-agents.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, leveraging the network of sub-agents to drive sales.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, recruiting, or business development, preferably in industry related
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively train and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed to recruit and support sub-agents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and meeting objectives.
