Job Description:
This position involves leading the commercial success of SLDG’s business in the Philippines within the
assigned channel and delivering on overall revenue goals/business targets. They will be responsible for
market research, analyzing industry trends, and contributing to the company's expansion plans as well as
providing business partners and customers with avenues of growth through the services and businesses
of SLDG. As a key member of our team, they will help drive innovation, identify potential partnerships and
customers, and ensure the company's continued success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Overall in-charge of the business development plans and sales.
• Implement aspects of account management and development; identify accounts with high “close”
potential, qualify, and forecast time frames to close business.
• Lead or support development and implementation of marketing, sales, and business development
plans to exceed agreed levels of profitable sales.
• Reports account status, closing plans and annual sales forecasts to Marketing Manager and
upper management monthly or as needed.
• Works closely with local and regional stakeholders to develop overall partnership strategy and
ensure effective execution of programs as aligned with company objectives and ambitions.
• Fully accountable of the assigned channel’s Profit and Loss in the PH market, which includes
delivery of annual and quarterly budget plan and sales/revenue targets, sales pipeline management and
forecasting.
• Develop and drive partnership ecosystem strategy as aligned with both local and regional teams;
drive the proposal development effort with the support of the MKT team and other relevant functions, and
closely coordinate with the client on all matters related to proposal development.
• Drive revenue growth with new accounts to achieve growth ambition and targets.
• Aligns business strategies in line with the companies’ brand values and marketing guidelines.
• Develop an annual business plan with the assigned partner channel/key target account and
ensure alignment anchored to deliver sales/revenue targets; identify actions and solutions to mitigate
business risks to meeting sales / revenue plan.
• Drive Go-To-Market plans engaging partners and internal teams to develop and implement sales
program initiatives, product launches, new distribution channels, etc.
• Establish and drive SLDG's Key Account governance framework, which regularly evaluates
partner needs and requirements, business performance, and revenue opportunities to deliver strategic
business growth, improving business strategy and effectiveness through timely market reviews, and
providing feedback to management on new business initiatives.
• Ensures compliance of partner agreements, and proactively monitors compliance requirements
are met as aligned with local market regulations.
Criteria
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
• Knowledgeable in Project Management, Budgeting and Marketing/Branding.
• Strong communication skills and adaptive learning to new technologies related to the job function.
• Can handle negotiations between suppliers, renewing and prospective clients.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. (e.g., Salesforce)
• Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such
as using software programs and machines.
• Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
• Having experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
