Company Nurse

Administers first aid treatment/ medical procedure both in the Corporate Office and all project sites.
Assures adequate medical care of ill or injured employee;
Monitors employees under Sick Leave.
Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit “fit to work” Certificate upon returning to work.
Coordinates with HSE Manager the implementation of safety and health in the Company.
Disseminates health and safety awareness information thru one-on-one health teaching, information bulletin and hand-outs.
File/ records diagnosis and treatment of employees to patient’s chart and keep it confidential.
Accomplish work accident illness report for the compliance at DOLE.
Prepare monthly report on medical diseases and medicine consumption.
Ensure adequate suppliers/ stock of medicines and medical supplies.
Check pre-employment requirements of applicants for deployment.
