Job Opportunity: Assistant Secretary in Bulacan, Philippines
We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Secretary in Bulacan, Philippines! If you have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting administrative functions, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Provide support to the executive team as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
