Sales Consultant

Grails and Build Corp (GAB Corp) is currently looking for a Sales Consultant that will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives. This role involves a combination of sales, promotional activities, market research, and customer relationship management to bring in more projects. Responsibilities
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
*Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
*Meet and exceed sales targets.
*Conduct market research to identify trends, and competitor activities.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
*Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing.
*Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree in any related field.
*Proven experience in sales roles (preferably in construction/renovation)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
*Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
*Ability to multi-task, manage time well and can work in a fast-paced work environment.
*Knowledgeable and with a background in construction.
*Strong communication skills with concise and clarity.
*Experience in social media interaction (Tiktok, Facebook, etc.)
*Pleasing personality.
*Preferably near or residing in Quezon City.
