Job Description
∙ Working with HRBP in a broad spectrum of HR works such as recruitment, compensation and benefits,
learning and development, performance management, employee relations, culture building, and talent
management
∙ Involves in executing HR practices, procedures, and continuously enhancing HR standard operating
procedures
∙ Involves in implementing HR management regulations and policies
∙ Generates regular reports on resource management, organization structure, etc.
∙ Ensures compliance with employment legislation and company regulations
∙ Assists in any other HR projects and ad hoc tasks as needed
