Job Description
1. Working with HRBP in a broad spectrum of HR works such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, culture building, and talent management
2. Involves in executing HR practices, procedures, and continuously enhancing HR standard operating procedures
3. Responsible in sourcing and recruiting high end talents and industry leaders using different methodology, ensure best suite candidates are identified and successfully hired.
4. Develop and continuously complete the talent mapping to support business requirements
5. Maintain and develop high quality pool of candidates suitable for Philippines ICT Business technical requirements.
6. Involves in implementing HR management regulations and policies
7. Generates regular reports on resource management, organization structure, etc.
8. Ensures compliance with employment legislation and company regulations
9. Assists in any other HR projects and ad hoc tasks as needed

· Must have work experience recruiting for ICT industry
· Know how to build a strong connection and relationship with different industry leaders to maintain a quality pool of candidates
