Job Description
-Oversees the daily operations of the maintenance department
-Evaluates systems or facilities to deliver maintenance or repairs that need to be performed
-Develops maintenance procedures and schedules
-Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
-Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
-Monitors inventory of materials and maintains records
-Keen attention to detail with problem solving skills
-Collaboration and good communications skills
