Company Nurse

Description :

Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid treatment to employees in case of illness, injury, or emergencies including monitoring.
Organize, administer and implement approved health service program / health and safety policies procedures (following the Occupational Safety and Health Standards) in collaboration with Safety Officer and Management of the company.
Formulate health and safety policies and procedures together with the Safety Officer including proposal/discussion with the management.
Responsible with preparation of reports (based on the set standard reportorial requirements of both OSH and DOLE) related to OSH and DOLE compliances in collaboration with the Safety Officer.
Educate and promote health and wellness programs to employees following the DOH and or WHO information monthly or as needed.
Manage and control the inventory supplies of medicines including replenishment.
Perform other task that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirement :

Must be a REGISTERED NURSE with valid PRC License.
3+ years proven experience as a Company Nurse in a Manufacturing or IT company.
Knowledgeable with DOLE and OSH compliance, process and procedure.
Having OHNAP-OSH Certificate is an advantage but not required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good English language skills both in written and oral form.
